By visiting our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Communication with You:
Your personal information will be used to communicate with you regarding the website, your orders, and shipments. We will send you a confirmation message when you register with us, and we will contact you when necessary.
Privacy Policy:
All forms of payment by credit cards are subject to data verification and authorization by the card issuer. If the credit card issuer declines payment authorization, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery. The system will automatically cancel the order, and we may contact you to choose an alternative payment method.
The information on the credit card used for payment must match the information of the credit cardholder exactly. We ensure that the credit card used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the credit card owner to use it. No credit card data will be stored.
To Cancel or Modify Your Account:
Upon your request, DrSleeep will:
- Correct or update your personal information
- Stop sending emails to your email address
- Cancel your account to stop any future purchases from this account

Discount Vouchers:
Discount vouchers have a specific period. Once the voucher period expires, it cannot be used or reactivated. Each voucher has a minimum limit to be activated on the order. Discount vouchers cannot be applied to promotional packages.
Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges Policy:
At DrSleeep, our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. For your safety, products that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the event of a technical error on the site, DrSleeep reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount paid in the order to the customer's account.
Manufacturing Defects:
DrSleeep guarantees all its products against any defects or damage resulting from manufacturing. If such damage is found, the customer has the right to return the product within 7 days of receipt.
All Labelle devices are subject to the warranty policy approved in Saudi Arabia, which is two years from the date of purchase.
- The warranty covers the internal structure only and does not include the external structure of the product.
- The warranty period is calculated from the date the product is ordered in the original order.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 14 business days, excluding official holidays and weekends, and will be transferred to the customer's bank account, not in cash. The customer bears the delivery charges for orders that have been shipped but not received. The customer also bears the delivery charges for orders canceled by them after shipment.
Promotional Packages (Product + Discounted Product):
If the customer wishes to return the promotional package products, the customer has the right to return the entire package or return only the discounted product.
Offers:
The customer has the right to benefit from "Buy One Get One Free" offers according to the selected product categories. The customer can benefit from the available set offers and discounts. The customer cannot return the free product and receive a cash refund. The customer has the right to exchange the second free product according to the exchange policy. The customer has the right to apply any discount code specific to free shipping. No additional discount code is applied to "Buy One Get One Free" products.
Approval of the order constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions, and DrSleeep is not responsible for the customer's failure to review them.
